What we collect on this website
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of what was discussed. Nothing more.
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us things like the pages viewed, the approximate region you connected from and the device type. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising pixels here. See our Cookie Policy for how to switch it off.
Our web host also keeps ordinary server logs — the address you connected from, the pages requested and the time — which exist to keep the site working and secure.
What we collect as your service provider
When you engage us for a project we hold what the work needs: your contact details, the brief, the material you send us, invoices and payment records, and the access credentials you give us for systems we are asked to work on. We keep credentials only while the work needs them, and ask you to change them when the engagement ends.
If we run advertising or analytics on your behalf, that data belongs to you, in your own accounts. We access it to do the work and for no other purpose.
What we collect in our software products
Our products store the business records their users create — for RestroKing, a restaurant’s menu, bills, kitchen tickets, expenses and staff list. That data belongs to the customer. We store it so it survives a lost or broken device, and we access it only when the customer asks us to, keeping a record of each time we do. The RestroKing privacy policy sets this out in full.
Payment details
We never store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. Payments made to us through a payment gateway are handled entirely by that gateway; we see only the amount, the date and a reference number.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that make our work possible — our web host, our payment gateway, Google Analytics, and the email and cloud services we use to run the business — and only as much as each needs. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

Security
Data travels to us over HTTPS and is held on servers we rent from established providers, with access restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and will tell affected customers promptly if something goes wrong.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except where we must keep it for tax or legal reasons. To stop receiving anything from us, reply to any message and say so, or write to contact@salezline.com.
Children
Our services and products are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes affecting existing customers are also told to them directly.
