Salezline Technologies sells services and software. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery or courier charges.

Software products

Our software is delivered electronically. For RestroKing, we send you the Android application and install it with you over a call or WhatsApp, usually the same day you ask. It is not sold through the Play Store.

A subscription is activated immediately when the payment succeeds — within a few seconds, while you are still looking at the screen. If a payment succeeds but the subscription does not activate, our server is told by the payment gateway and activates it anyway; if you are ever charged and still see an expired subscription, call us and we will put it right or refund you.

Project work

Websites, applications and designs are delivered electronically — published to your hosting, handed over as files, or submitted to an app store, whichever the agreement says. Timelines are agreed in the quotation before work starts, and we tell you as soon as we know if something will be late.

Where an app store or a hosting provider is involved, their own review and publishing times apply and are outside our control.

Ongoing services

Marketing campaigns, SEO work and hosting run month by month from the date they start, with reports at the interval agreed.
