What you should know before paying

| How long does a subscription last? | One year from the day the payment succeeds. It does not renew by itself — you pay again when you want to continue. |
| Can I try it first? | Yes. Every new restaurant gets a free trial period, and we will demonstrate the app to you before that. |
| How do I pay? | Inside the app, through Razorpay — UPI, card or net banking. The subscription activates within seconds. |
| What if I stop? | Billing continues for a short grace period, then the app goes read-only. Your bills, reports and menu stay; nothing is deleted. Refund policy. |
| Can I move up from Basic to Premium? | Yes, whenever you like. The days you have already paid for are carried over. |
| Is there a charge for extra staff accounts? | No. Staff accounts are included; the plan decides how many devices bill at once. |
